bell pepper pizza. crust basic pizza dough see pages 8-11. 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil. 1 small onion, thinly slice. 1 small red bell pepper (capsicum), cut in strips. 1 small yellow bell pepper ( capsicum), cut in strips. salt. 4 ounces ( 120 g) mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced or shredded. serves 2. preparation 25 minute. time to prepare the dough and let rise. cooking 20 - 25 minutes. CRUST 1. prepare the pizza dough following the instructions on page 8-11. set aside to rise. TOPPING 2. heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat. sauce the onions and bell peppers for 5 minutes. add the tomatoes an capers. season with salt and simmer string often until the bell peppers have wilted and the tomatoes have reduced a little. 5-7 minutes 3. preheat the oven to 500 degrees F (250 degrees C /10) 4. oil a 12 inch (30-cm) pizza pan. 5. knead the risen pizza dough briefly on a lightly floured work surface. then press it into the prepared pan using your hands. 6. spread the bell pepper mixture evenly over the crust. leaving a 1/2 inch (1 cm) border all around sprinkle with the cheese and drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil. 7. bake for 10 -15 minutes, until the crust is crisp and golden brown and the cheese is bubbling and beginning to brown. 8. serve hot. not this is classic Italian pizza and many believe it was the first pizza ever made. you can vary it by adding olive, capers or garlic.

Maybe you should post your recipes you learned from China. I would like to try the last one you posted making here in this video. We also had raised garden beds in Southern Maryland and fed them Miracle Grow every so often and it really works fantastic. My Marigolds grew to 3' tall with 3- flowers! They are good natural pesticides but you are right in that they can consume a lot of vegetable growing space. Ours were in their own flower beds but for you I'd plant them around the garden to try and persuade the deer from eating from your garden. You can also try putting your hair clippings around the garden but your problem is. they are not afraid of you. Hum, maybe a bubble fence is the only way to keep them out (or a dog, housed in the center of the garden on a chain.

I found you on you tube while looking for a composting toilet. looking in to (Natures Head self contained composting toilet) Any advise is appreciated! I have now watched so many episodes of your travel and adventures living off Grid. Love it! And, p. s. good to see you back in your gardening element. completely different than Arizona? I had a huge garden in Ky but didn't have much luck in Arizona. I swear the state flower of Arizona is Round Up. I've never seen so many chemicals used in gardening. lol. kudos to you guys. if I were 20 years younger and had 6 less kiddos, I'd be living the same life: )

Hey you guys love you show watch you all the time you using solar power for electricity have you thought about using car alternator you can take it and have the regulator rewired it will put out 140 amps you can hook this up to a small breaker box and power all your equipment I have one hooked up to a 3-bedroom 2-bath trailer and it works great

I just watched episode 13 and I can't find episode 14. The videos seem to jump to this episode and I can't find Ep. 14 in your video list. I would like to see the Yurt construction from beginning to end and then I'll watch everything else. Keep up the great work. I know what you're doing isn't easy.

rainwater is actually not the best source of water for watering plants. underground spring water is dense with a lot more nutrients your plants need than rainwater is. Rainwater can also contain traces of air pollution, but mainly rain water does not contain any minerals which the plants can in fact use

When my grandad potted up seedlings he would first put little rocks in the bottom of the pot so when it came time to planting we would just gently pull out the rocks freeing up the roots love the show guys your inspiring me to get my own little plot in my community garden. --
