Great video guys, i moved to live in the forest side in Jordan, and rock rose are everywhere, i was planning to cut it down to make a room for my plants but not after this video, one question though, do i cut the leaves and the flower for the tea or just the leaves?

More videos like this please. I liked seeing the upclose step by step process of making tea, (cut, trim, dry, blend, etc. Cool what Nicole got to do. She looks tired, so hope you both get some rest from all this traveling.

I work at french restaurant before. Lavender flower use to cook and decorate the dishes. Might have some contain medical properties. Just remind me past few years ago. Thanks for sharing.
