just stumbled across your videos, LOVE them! i have been stricken with illnesses for sometime, but most recently enteritis which i thought id never get over, as i was only able to have a liquid diet, we (my husband and I ) were SHOCKED to find that most of the soups and broths had MSG the juices and gelatin had aspartame. because of your videos we really started watching -food- videos and learning that the very -food- we were eating was what made us sick. we have now made the commitment to eating a plant based/raw food diet (with the OCCASIONAL fish and chicken, as my husband cant go straight vegetarian cold turkey) we have planted a garden with all kinds of veggies and herbs, and are learning wild edibles for medicine and nutrition, as well as lifestyle changes we are in our mid 50's and have a lot of work to do but are so excited to get healthy! keep inspiring and doing the great videos they are very appreciated! p. s. any beginners tips would be amazing.

How do you balance your individual food intakes when Living/traveling/eating together? My partner and I have been traveling in India and Sri Lanka for the past 5 months, we-re both vegan, and since I-m a (short) girl and he-s a tall guy, he eats way more than me and we are tryna find a healthy way for us to both get enough food!

Loved the CHIA thing you made. will have to try that! Gunnar my grandson is watching with me, and commenting on your various vegtables. this is a good lesson for him to learn to eat healthy.
We could not figure out what that blob of tan stuff was that you cut in half then put in the frying pan? Looked good.

Loving the videos! Just wanted to ask, how do you both manage to have enough energy to workout while being on a vegan diet? I have a relative that is struggling with this. Thank you and I hope you continue to have a great time on your trip!
