How to Buy a Car To Flip for a Profit ( Side Hustle) -FK-: Where I live, you cant do this, because you cant buy a cheap non running or whatever car, they are all sold for parts because people want to squeeze the most money out of them. There isnt any car you can buy for cheap and fix up. Every damaged car is sold in parts, not as a whole, and every car that can be fixed is already fixed and is selling as fixed. You can buy a cheap car, but it will always stay a cheap car, no matter what you do to it. So take advantage of what you have.

Just so you know your engine rattle might be the engine dampener. It sits in between the engine and transmission it looks like a clutch but it s not. Also explains your slow acceleration besides the bad hybrid battery. More than likely you have a bad head gasket I would monitor the coolant level. The coolant isn t burned up while it s running on Prius it leaks when the car sits over night you will often get the death rattle when starting up from cold. Those cylinder cell batteries are bad they don t last. Always use Toyota Prismatic cells or the lithium upgrade ones from nexcell. A EGR cleaning is a good idea it can help prevent head gasket failure. These engines are also know to burn oil if they weren t maintained properly

Hey Chris,
i am a 19 yr old kiddo from Germany.
I'm not getting much money right now. I can't afford my driver's license yet. That's why I'm going to save up the money so I can go to driving school. And when I've done all that, I'll buy a car and want to copy the things you explain in your videos.
You are a role model for me and many other people.
Thank you for these videos and I hope you keep making videos like this for a long time.

I'm honestly a decent mechanic, perhaps following along with your video on restoring faded paint would be a good idea as well, but flipping cars assuming I could find one cheap enough, should totally be something I'm able to do. I think I needed the video to help encourage me to doing so, and honestly it would be something I would thoroughly enjoy doing(even though I don't have a garage to work out of)

Thank you for the amazing videos. You have helped me so much. As far as I know im my state its required by law that I obtain a dealers license if I am selling more than 4 cars every year. so I wanted to learn from you how you buy and sell alot of cars without a license please give me a detailed answer as I am trying to get my life together I hope you get back to me I really appreciate you.

Hey ChrisFix! I have been interested to be a side mechanic because of your videos. Unfortunately, I do not have enough experience as a mechanic because I am taking my career as a dancer (college dance major, BUT I was able to fix my buddy s 02 Rolla because of your vid s. Thx for the dedication.
Also take your time with videos if need be. Everyone has a life, you deserve one too.

The Prius seems like you need to be a mechanic or close to it like yourself. Thats a lil high risk and high knowledge flip. Great vid though. Makes a normal person think ya i could do this. Did you not have to put any in your name because none show the change over cost n taxes to your name so what you just using the same signed ownership you got i guess

There's so much positives about doing this:
Expand the life of a car
Make someone happy with a good running and clean car
Have fun repairing stuff
Make money to finance your other bad financial decisions sitting on the drivewa
I will start doing that as soon as i move out my parents house

Hey Chris you should be careful about the advice you dispense. Some states crack down on the practice of flipping cars and if they catch you or can prove you are doing it, they will fine you heavily. It s cool you can use your platform to give car care tips and advice but you really need to think about this one.

Hey Chris, not sure if you will see this, but if you do, it would be cool if you could add a small section at the end of the video, showing us how to actually list the car once you are 100% done fixing it up. If you have the same idea as me, like the comment so Chris will see it: )

My first car was a '97 Cougar and it had that striping down the sides that cracked and flaked over time. I just ended up scraping it all off with a plastic scraper. A little buff and polish got rid of the residual line and the car looked way better without it.

Tbh tho the wheels looked dope ASF without the wheel covers. It went from a rough/wild vibe to an innocent geography teacher's car with that 1 step lmao, like a bright red Prius black wheels and lowered with tinted windows with honestly look sick af

34: 16 Boy that paint didnt seem too too bad at first, but once you showed this after shot you can see how dull that paint is on the doors. Looks like that clearcoat has been long gone and just the paints been taking the brunt of it.

How do you haggle on these cars? Going from 1000 to 300 is a big jump. Did the guy just agree to an original 300 or did you start even lower? I feel like at some point they won't take you seriously and refuse to haggle any further.

One of the tips i picked up from Detail Geek was to just put warm water in the extractor, if you put soap in there then you're never gonna get it all back out of the seats, better to spray the detergent from a separate bottle
