Thanks for the the vid, when you work on those c4s buy the original gm electronics. Had a mas air flow cleaner code I couldnt get rid of. Replaced the new after market tps from a previous code with a gm one from eBay. Code gone runs like a old Chevy truck again! This vid got me thinking about my tj Wrangler, on a warm day on a long pull, I shut it down come back to it & it goes blub, blub, blub, then clears out & runs fine. The injections vapor lock from the heat of the cats below the manifolds. Just like the carbs of old.

Hi, I have a problem, I have 1992 Corvette, and change the distributor, I buy in Autozone for 1992 Corvette, Camaro, firebird applications, the car start normally, after 3 minutes the security light flashes and wehen I turn it off and try to start the security light stays on, after 3 minutes the car start again, as you did in video and remained the same, I put a bipass on the key resistence and nothing, can help me please, thak you, greetings.

got a 88 Corvette it was my dad's till he passed won't start but for two seconds keep watching videos on how to bypass the vats and use resistors and nothing it's stubborn as hell. no idea if it's the fuel pump relay, security, injectors. could use some good advice. btw mine is a wimpy white automatic 88 lol

Lucky Hannah, she got behind the wheel of a Corvette, some of us adults still haven't done that. lol. Now she can cross that off her list! I think if I owned one of these I would either go start her up once in a while or drain the gas out. Lesson learned for the owner.

if you think its the fuel pump then stop wasting your time with your snap on junk, I watched you fiddle with that and jump wires and just laughed, dude just put a pressure gauge on the fuel rail connecter, that's what its for, takes about 60 sec to figure it out.

So I have a 93 40th edt when I'm driving the dash lights will turn off and if I turn the car off while the dash lights are out it won't start? if lights are on and I kill it no problem firing back up?

Man that's a good lookin car. Really wish I had bought a C4 instead of a C3, but when I was ready to buy I couldn't find a SINGLE one that I liked. So I ended up with an 81 4-spd t-tops.
