This interior still trails the Koreans that came out a few years ago! Come on Honda, cheap looking plastics and tiny dash and infotainment screens? My 2017 Explorer limited has features this thing doesn't have in 2023. electric telescoping wheel and pedals, messaging seats, 5 more horsepower from the same size motor, power folding seats. wow big wiff by Honda here. I love our Honda dealer and was excited for this new car but it would be literally going backwards from my old Explorer. guess I'm keeping it!

Alex, Boxes work so props to Honda for interior packaging that reflects the exterior 'packaging' of the population it is meant to serve. Does the new 3. 5 V6 finally come with a timing chain? Will there be a hybrid Pilot to match the 'elite' mpg numbers of the Highlander Hybrid?

I don't care about the smaller screen. The only odd thing is that Honda has shown interior photos of the new Accord and Prologue EV and they both have much larger touchscreens. Why the new Pilot, which will costs more than both, gets the smaller screen is what's bad.

Alex, the middle seat built in the second and the third rows comes out of the ceiling. I wonder if the second row EXL has a standard middle seat built in the second row? I like to have the bench seat standard and the third row for emergency use

The stowable center seat is brilliant. On the other hand, the interior materials look really, really darned cheap. The new CRV's looks more upscale though is probably the same materials with a more attractive style and arrangement.

This is a huge refresh. I m so glad they didn t skimp and cheap out like they did on the crv. True center console, vented seats, awesome storage, panoramic roof, 360 camera, full digital display

Another interesting change is the rear entertainment system doesn't appear to be offered anymore. It is not a big deal as it sounds but it did differentiate the Pilot from some of the competition.

I have a gen 2 AWD touring and this reminds me of an evolution of that body style which I love. I especially like the trail sport but I wish it came with a hybrid V6 for better efficiency

I do like the removable center seat in the second row, but you are left with captains chairs without armrests: . That being said, this looks like a very compelling option overall

Interior, specifically dash looks dated. Ugly instrument cluster, small infotainment screen with dated graphics and old school climate buttons. Hard pass.

The 8-passenger seating is what sold us on our Odyssey Elite. Even with vans, others don't offer 8-passenger seating in top trims.

Only childseat friendly tilt like in Nissan Pathfinder and VW Atlas is missing - so close to perfect! and where is PHEV option?

Without hybrid or plugin capability, not a good strategy by Honda. It will sell but they are lacking behind the competition
