City sounds and City ambience of Tokyo, Japan from sunset to sunrise for 12 hours. This is a view is from Shinjuku, Japan. The video is not looped. It's just a very long recording of the cityscape of tokyo that features sounds of people, city traffic, dogs, birds, wind, and more. I do apologize as some parts of the audio may not be in sync with the video. That is due to all of the copyright music that interferes with the recording and also making YT happy. Those portions had to be replaced with still authentic audio recorded at a different moment. I record some of these sounds just for chilling out or study. I don't recommend sleeping to this as there are moments with loud sirens and construction. Thank you for your support

More 12 hour window views! If you could do one one in Akihabara that would be amazing! There is a Mets hotel right by the station, the room is called twin deluxe with balcony and has the view of the main alley of Akiba right outside the station. I think that would be really cool to record!

This sound scape was added to video.
First most Japanese hotels are quiet. They go to great lengths to make to make rooms as quiet as possible. You will not be able to hear outside noise.
The dead giveaway was the siren. Japanese sirens sound different than American siren.

It's easy to feel lonely at 3 am when you work nights, but seeing other people walking around like at 3am even across the world from me certainly makes me feel less alone. Somewhere out there there are other night owls living their lives past midnight.

How did you get the sound? The window looks closed, so did you record the sound separately and then add it onto the video? Also how far up is the room you are filming from? Thanks curious about this.

Hi. I'm going to ask you a question that you probably won't answer anyway, but i'll try - what equipment do you use for video recording?

I was passively playing this in the day time. I come back to it in the night time and realise its on night time as well. Kind of cool haha

When you forget you left it running in the background, then are suddenly terrified the Japanese police have come to take you away.

Thank you for the great video. Could you provide me with the precise location where this video was taken?

What sort of camera do you use to capture such amazing low light footage? Must be a hell of a sensor.
