Having travelled to Japan as the first out-of-country trip in my life a little more than a month ago, I've been missing Japan lots. If I ever got another chance to go there, I wouldn't miss it for the world. Our country doesn't have trains in common, so this brought back the best memories of my life. I really love Kyoto station. Thank you for posting this! I might actually cry

You know Japan is like a second home to you (if not born there) if you are listening to this and you immediately miss it and start reminiscing over all of your memories.
Proceeds to curl up in a ball and cry
But for real, I miss the train stations. Anyone been to Hikifune?

I miss Japan too much T-T. Went there for a week with my family in Christmas break and at that time I wasnt really in a good mood so I didnt get to enjoy Japan much, but when I went back to school in my country, everything I could think of was related to Japan. Aaaaahhh. thanks btw

Oh wow, I am glad to find this one. Kyoto station was pretty much the end destination of the very first shinkansen experience I ever had. I miss it so much. I met some fun people on my ride too! Edit: Now I feel extremely nostagic. I miss the bakery near our hotel.

I was born in Japan and raised in Canada. I've spent most of my life here in Canada and sometimes I miss Japan. The little memories and flashbacks i get from listening to this video makes me smile a lot.

I'd go back to Japan in a heartbeat. The train was never my daily lifestyle here at home, but taking the train in japan was such a nice change of pace. Such a different culture from Melbourne.
