What you made no mention of the fact that thousands of people witnessed a metal spacecraft land and remain there for some time in 700A. D., and that the stupas are a copy of the craft. Buddha had nothing to do with the craft but locals decided to integrate it into the copied design which was the stupa area only. The craft landed their for repairs and during that time 700-750a. d. the Hopi indian were drawing these visitors who covered themselves in veils as they mined radium from the mesa there. Drill holes about 1300 years old can still be seen in that mesa. The box shape on top of each stupa contains 4 flatwire coils wound counter clockwise from center as seen from the top if the cover was off. This is the origin of the symbol of power. The Nazis copied it wrong, got it backwards just like their philosophy. So many people disrespect the true history of this site by claiming it is a monument to Buddha

Indonesia a nation shaken so often by earthquakes, wars and internal strive from its beginning to the Dutch occupation, and the Japanese occupation during WW1, to its independence.

The temple is quite close to my hometown of Djogjakarta. Everytime I go home, it is my sanctuary to be here just relaxing thinking about my ancestors of how skillful and how intelligent they are. Thank you uploading this stunning video format of 4K. I my self have a thousand pictures of it, however, your video gives me the best impression of my ancestors great works ever.

Impressive temple It is the literal representation of the mandala design concept, a cosmological diagram of the universe. It is amazing how this is visually and physically a path to enlightenment starting at the base and culminating in the highest level where the single stupa is placed. I really hope that some day I get the chance to complete this pilgrimage

Buddhism spread throughout the world, creating a variety of cultures. There are not many Buddhist statues in the rock in our country. In Indonesia, there are many Buddhist statues in the rock. Since Indonesia is a maritime nation, it seems that it has absorbed various cultures. I enjoyed your video very well.

Nothing has changed, the conditions are still the same with a dozen years ago. Last to the Borobudur Temple in early 2001 and the weather there was hot. The tropical climate and the influence of the activities of Mt. Merapi, which is on.
