Im training for Ironman triathlons, and until recently I would do 2 endurance swims, sets over 200m, and one speed session with sets 200m and under. I now do a very easy session focusing on technique. Trying to get my IM swim time down below 1: 40min/100m

SwimUp A high quality video! Though, I am a bit confused, which video is the main video about freestly arm stroke, like entry and recovery? I think there are 4 freestyle video lessons, but I am not sure if there are more with different drills?

Before I found your videos, I didn't realize the importance of drill to reinforce and teach proper techniques. But, thanks to your wonderful guidance, I'm all in on technique, with sessions of mixed intensity to develop cardio & endurance.

Thanks for the amazing lessons. I would have loved it if you had focussed a little more on breathing technique while swimming. You recommend swimming on the back, but if thats difficult, how can we still swimm and yet breathe comfortably?

in now condition, many swimming pool closed. its more hard to do repetition on swimming training. How long the recommendation for each technique from the basic until we can swim correctly? we talk about time or until we are tired?

I put my hands on the pool's wall and started kicking, I went backwards. The more I kicked the further back I went.
I held onto a floating board and kicked, I stayed in one place, please help,

If I train consistently and focus on each element of freestyle technique using drills, maybe in 5 years I'll be as good as you in the Incorrect example.

Thanks for coaching swimming, I'm a beginner. answer to which type? as a beginner I'd first improve my technique, then intensity and endurance.
