I lost 40 pounds over a year ago and got back into lifting and I was doing good for a while but I was getting thick to the point where I looked like I was getting heavy again. Anyway to the point I have been watching your videos since the gyms opened up from the corona and I went on your diet plan that you gave us and I-ve been following your workouts every day and every morning before I even work out to make sure I have it in my head and make a work out plan before the morning work out so I-m not jumping around the gym. I have been paying more attention to the technique and the muscle response then throwing the Weight a around like I was and I found tremendous improvements. My question to you can you do a video or get back to me whatever-s easier of what supplements you recommend more energy drinks -powders- creatine and vitamins

I have a gym. The trainers there are very young and they got their training certification on line I don-t have a problem with that. I just don-t feel they have the experience, the time put in. Example 7 reps 3 sets. I had to tell them let-s go heavy more reps more sets they are following a plan I don-t like it I like going and leaving it all at the gym. You brought that to you videos and that is great

I've watched countless videos the past 2 years many of them that mention mind muscle connections but yours are the first I've seen where you don't perform the exercise quite as mechanical as all the others. I think that's what we all need to see more of. Know the basic forms than tweak to suit your mind muscle connection. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for showing people different ways to work out at home, especially at a time when some have lost their gym access and have no equipment. I'm fortunate to have a power rack, some dumbells, and an EZ-Curl bar, but I still find these bodyweight exercises to be an additional benefit. Keep em' coming.

I wish this gentleman was around a long time ago, theres a very small handful of people on social media who actually are trying to help those who want to excel physically and give workouts for all types of people. Not everyone has the money or time like majority of these oil boys.

Haircut is adorable and beard trim looks smart. My favorite clip prob -- because chest is my weak area. I would totally be Ryan's best friend and heal his stomach so he doesn't throw up in his mouth anymore. but he has to move to Colorado. -

Why the hell you hide those glutes dude, whats the purpose hiting glutes routene if you cant show the gainz, even in your glutes routene video we cant see properly the angles and the muscle movements and the size of your glutes, ---

Thank you so much for this! I travel a lot and don't have access to gyms, so having a body weight alternative for my workouts is ideal. Please do more of these, I certainly would benefit from every bodyweight exercise video.
