BIG BACK WORKOUT - BEST V-TAPER EXERCISES 1andonlyMiro: Ryan seems like a guy who can appreciate the move that actually helped me grow my traps immensely. The flipside is it f-cked up everything else as well. I did rack pulls as my last exercise of a back day for a while HEAVY. Not light, because the purpose is to put immense stretch to my traps and the plus side of rack pulls is that you can move way mire weight than deadlifting on the highest part of the movement. Sets of 5-10 depending on gow f-cked my lower back was and pushed them to failure, 5 or 6 sets. It WILL grow your traps. It'll also make your entire back hurt if you do them properly. Like REALLY hurt. The next day the weight of a t-shirt can actually hurt your traps.
Highly recommended 5/5 the next day is a lighter day.

Absolutely love your videos. To the point! Long enough to get the important info. Was hoping you have helped someone before who has narcolepsy becauseI have Narcolepsy, I am pushing myself as hard as possible. But damn some days just completely suck. I-ve set a goal to drop 50 pounds while adding muscle by end of April. I-m down 15. Definitely could use some of your motivation! Look forward to more of your videos!

Holy shit Ryan. I stayed away for months and it strikes me how much size youve lost.
Is it the lack of acces to compounds due to the lockdown? Or is it all this isolation work you do? Or your vegan protein diet?
Not knocking you, but you're looking natty for a change. Kudos to you if youve decided to go the less travelled honest path. Keep it up!

I was taught that when doing shurgs like this, you should always roll your shoulders front to back. was that garbage or a sound idea? keep in mind, learned that from my dad, so watch your tone. just kidding, speak the truth as only you can, dad's awesome, but also not all there lol

I-ve been following you for awhile now and have changed the way I workout my gym IQ has gone up since following you so I would like to say thank you!
Your mentality of go till failure has me crawling out of the gym and I have seen much improvement thank you very much big fan!

My buddy and I hit back today and he didn-t know about your workouts even though I sent them to him 2 days ago. We finished off with the high, mid, low dumbbell rows with 3 sets. Will update in a day or 2 but my back is smoked.

I have a hard time hitting my lats with dumbells. (it's all ive got, but I also have a total gym and a rope, and I can hit them pretty decently with that.
Still trying to find a good glute exercise tho. Too much hammys and quads getting in the way.

Kick ass workout as usual. 1 question, on the reverse flies, is that actually a 45 degree bench setting? My 45 degree setting (that I checked with a speed square looks a lit more inclined than the bench in the video.

Hi Ryan, you are litterally the best. I would love to hear your thoughts on neck training, is it important or is it useless if u already hit traps or whatever. I would love yo know your opinion
