I have a full separation of my right rotator cuff that is not surgically repairable. I can t do any kind of presses, but all other shoulder movements are okay, including face pulls that are supposed to benefit the rotator cuffs. The only chest exercise I can do is machine flys with my forearms in the upright position, using my elbows to press with.

I really appreciate the dumbell only exercises because that is all I have at home. Having a fixed income prevents having a gym membership or upgrading my equipment.
