Thanks for uploading this video. I'm in the process of losing weight, specifically my tummy and thighs. Thing is, while I've lost 6kg in the first month of working out, I've stopped losing weight and it worries me. Is it common? The only workout I do apart from jogging is the 12 minute metabolism burner video you uploaded some time back. Anyway, thanks man. Have a great day.

When I did do shakes post workout, I used Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard or Iso Smooth by Bluestar (online only. Now that I don't, I stick to a solid protein and carbohydrate source. Chicken and potato, fish and rice, turkey meat & pasta, or tuna and bread. (Just ideas)

For guys who have appetite problems: try with B vitamin complex. But beware from RDA of B-2, it decreases your appetite. The others are working for you (in this case. I had the same problem (couldn't eat always, but the simple B complex helped me a lot!

What's the best work out routine for an ectomorph, full body work out 3 days per week or 5 day split? or maybie back+biceps monday/thur chest tri tuesday/friday and shoulder+legs on wednesday? :)
reply

Nope, not likely unless you are an extreme low carb diet and have very little bodyfat. Otherwise there is nothing to worry about on a 15 minute cardio session.
