Here is one of my chest workout routines. It may not be my main routine but it is very effective. This is the chest workout i do when im low on time and cant get to the gym happyshadow: -ReadTerms it means what ur ding is to easy lol if u feel pain in ur arms u most likely wont even notice it in ur chest if u want chest go and do passion for profession work outs but start on lvl 1 but do regular push ups u will feel pain lol; ) im on lvl 4 as of know meaning i did all lvls took me 14months but u will get there

means ur used to it. gotta change it up. go as heavy as u can. then third day do over head preess then again third day go bak to wat u were doin. then the next third day do just flat or jus incline. keep changing it up with flat incline and over head as well as dumbells and barbelss. constantly different. more diversity mix incline weighted pushups in there. or substitute pull ups or bak work out in for a chest day

Kinda similiar to wahat im doing.
I lift at least 30 mins a day for the past 4 months. deffo seen result on my chest and biceps. Takes alot of time but its no easy shit just gotta keep ur game on and dont give up.
