This is one of my personal home arm workouts. Bicep and triceps, this workout is a very intense workout when performed. Each set equals one bicep and one tricep workout set with 8-12 reps each. No rest inbetween sets for better results
sport: Jeez. Musclemonster you pick some weights than you may grow. Yo u start tutor when you have something to show as a result. No offense kid but you are not a caliber of any weight lifting. Pick some Nutritions eat regularly and train with bigger weights. 1 dont swing! 2 you reach top stop for a second. 3 use one hand for second set of triceps. 3 work yourself out a little so people get motivated not seeing only a girlish boy.
