Kelso shrugs really brought my traps up. 6 intense sets so week over two workouts, dumbbells on incline bench and MAG grip low pulley cable, 12-15 reps, 3-4 second negatives.

I've been doing the farmers walk consistently for 7 months 3-4 times per week, and my traps aren't huge, however 7 months absolutely have noticed a lot! Definitely bigger
