As a younger old guy I got terrible knees and I did everything to make them better and it has been working to a degree. It made doing squats all the way real hard. Anyways adding yoga after workouts has helped. I finally learned that knee pain might be from lack of hip flexibility causing the knees to make up for it. I’m just doing yoga classes online and so far it has helped the most. So if full ranges are hard for you maybe that might help. I recommend doing it after working out if you do it before it will make working out harder.

Mine are growing. Main reason is belt squats. Easier to go lower, pause at the bottom and do drop sets. I strip off a 25# plate 3 times on the last set. Leg extensions after. Oh yeah, hamstrings first always.

Don't be such an exerciseist. Not all exercises start out from the same place. Some may need an extra helping hand to match up. We should all strive for equity in the gym. Do better!
