While consuming traditional bodybuilding foods is fine, being too restrictive with your diet can do more bad than good. You see, eating the same handful of foods each day doesn’t just make dieting less enjoyable, but it can often lead to nutrient deficiencies. Now, I’m not saying to swap your chicken breast and broccoli for cake and ice cream, but rather, that following a more inclusive diet would be more enjoyable and provide a larger array of nutrients. And that’s exactly what I want to discuss in this video: 7 muscle building foods you’re probably not eating, but should be. Raw Milk, unpasteurized is the best.
whole milk is the next best option
anything that is made from soy or almonds, or any of that crap should not be consumed or recommended.
if you have a dairy problem try RAW milk, because your problem is likely the crap that they sell in stores.
i was told i was lactose intolerant and would always have stomach issues when consuming store bought milk. I tried Raw milk and i never had any issues with it

No oysters for me. The texture makes me puke. Besides, they are well known as high risk food for digestive system - if not properly cooked, can lead to ulcers and gastro-intestinal cancers due to high microbial content.

The tendency to destroy all these yoghurt and milk products everywhere by removing all the fat, is so depressing and really show how little both producers and people know about nutrition!

Don't forget if you're lactose intolerant. There are tablets you can get from your local health store to stop upsetting your stomach/indigestion. You're welcome.

Whole milk powder is likely to contain oxidized cholesterol, which may damage blood vessels and promote heart disease. great, just what I need: (

I'm not eating oysters because they are filter feeders and contain lots of bacteria and viruses, but will try more of the other stuff, thanks.

Eat pasture raised animals and eggs from them. Grass fed whole milk. Get plenty of protein from plants. Keep your food whole. Simple.
