Ok so it's a big pitch for purchasing the fitness and nutrition app. However truth be told - you're never going to achieve the ENORMOUS gains that those on the juice enjoy. Period. (discount those blessed with good genetics. However you can get gains as long as you stick to proper form, technique (TUT, eccentric/concentric movements, progressive loads, rest recovery, diet (include days of fasting), and be consistent in turning up to the gym. The juice does offers huge benefits - as long as your willing to shave some years off your life (the price you will pay. Commit to your approach as a way to live your life, tweak here and there, and you are good to go! 'PumP Up The Jam'.

Guys the app deadass works. I was using the program since early February 2024, when I was 13. I was 5’8 and 105 pounds with 8% body fat. Now (early january 2025) I’m 9% body fat, 5’ 9 and 130lb. I haven’t even been very consistent. During the summer I never really tracked my calories, and during the beginning of the school year I didn’t even work out because of sports. When I first started, my bench max was 95. Now, I rep 115, almost ready to move on to 125. Also don’t skip the calf workouts that’s probably my biggest regret

Do people not realize a constantly updated app that took years to develop will cost money and Jeremy/his team deserve to be paid for their past, current, and future labour
I don’t see people complaining so hardcore on other scientific coaches having apps that cost money.
If it isn’t for you, don’t buy it. Can’t afford it, don’t buy it. Bothered by the AI scanner, don’t buy it.
(The AI thing is annoying but it was unfortunately also recently added to MyNetDiary so not uncommon.

App looks decent. Price is a bit much though. There are tons of apps around that do the same thing so the price is hard to swallow.
Suggestion - for the workout section add videos for each exercise. In my program for today I am not sure what one is and the pic is really tiny. I tried clicking everywhere, but didn't see a video. I had to leave the app to look it up. If you charge for an app everything should be available in it and leave me with no questions.

Anyone else facing this issue
Hey No doubt it sounds like the app is good, but I don't think this is really made for international users. I tried signing up today, but my card was declined, so I tried another, declined again. I think this is because my cards are not Visa or MasterCard, it is rupay. I don't know if this issue can be fixed. But I would love to start my fitness journey usting your app. Hopefully you can work on this thank you.

greatly enjoy your authentic training videos. I'm a 63-year-old former natural bodybuilder who suffered a stroke in 2019. Despite left-sided a combination of personal training (integrating some physiotherapy) and independent therapy. I'm seeking a program specifically designed for individuals with similar challenges. Your guidance potential and continue my fitness journey. Regards Anthony

The app has been great! Creating an all in one app that covers workouts, nutrition, step and weight tracking for a great price, it has eliminated my use of several apps and simplified my fitness journey. The community and developers have been amazing by responding to feature suggestions and continuous updates to the app. Great work and look forward moving forward with the BWS journey.

I've been using the BWS programs 1 and 2 and I've upgraded to the app a few weeks ago and have used it on a daily basis since then. It's a really great all-in-one app containing a workout tracker, exercise tutorial videos, nutrition tracker, coach, and much more. New features are added in close interaction with the BWS community, which sets it apart from existing apps.

I was playing around with the app in a free trial. In your beginner phase-2 4-day UL split, there isn’t a single tricep workout. Even In the intermediate 5-day (lower1, push, pull, lower 2, upper, there is only one bicep day and tricep day per week even with 60 min workouts. Seems like a lack of work for these muscle groups that generally could be hit 2-3 days per week.

I always loved all your videos and you are of my idols, but to me this seems like you are trying to copy OnlyMeal, which is now the best platform for starting your transformation. My brother and my girlfriend used their three month plans and now they feel better than ever. They lost over 50lbs combined. I am thinking to get it just for my bulking phase.

You should itemize the features. The price is quite steep for someone just looking to use the features without the coach.
Consider making a part of the business plan here to make money from the data of users instead of subscriptions. If you have data of a user's meals and workouts and weight and body fat %, this could be very useful for research.

I am interested in the app plus obviously the programm but with the given information on the webpage or on the app store I feel like I am very little informed (especially regarding payment options). can the be made clearer and more accessible (meaning without the quizz process and also clear instruction how it all is to be done step by step)

My boyfriend uses similar platform, it's Onlymeal. He wants to lose some weight before summer, and honestly he lost something like 17lbs in three months so far. So I also decided to get their fitness assistant, but I need it for toning up my body and building glutes. They have numerous options and we also got meal plan that is easy to follow.

During your webinar I bought the newest app. I liked the app and the 45 percent off. Cancelled the old one. Some how the new one got canceled instead! Spoke to one of your techs who said she canceled the new one because it was more money. Can you please get this fixed, I have explained this via email 7 times and not gotten it corrected!

Bro anybody with intelligence knows what you use to transform your body. You've been on the dark side for a long time. You could have summed it all up with PEDs or TRT. I don't know why all of y'all have to lie and try to give steroid user advice to normal people. You shouldn't do anything you have to lie about.

Have been using BWS programs and love them, but the app just elevates everything. Been using it for the last month and have been loving it. Easier to stay on track, progress with the program and tracking food all in the same place as my workouts. Thank-you for putting in time and effort to make this available

Online meal planners are great, because its cheap and affordable to everyone. Personal trainers are taking 200$ monthly. Personally, I am using meal plan from website called OnlyMeal. I am also following their gym workout plan and in last 4 months I dropped 42 pounds. Good luck with your app

Wow so my comment was deleted. that is not a good sign.
I was asking about privacy.
In order for this to work the user has to provide and insane amount of personal data and information
How are you protecting that info. Who are you sharing it with What privacy laws are you following
