SARMS: What's All The Hype About? (Worth Taking? Side Effects? Legal) Intellectual-Muscle: SARMS absolutely undeniably work. I wrote this on another video but might as well rip it since it's the exact same topic. I am originally from India, where pharma grade gear for a 12 week cycle is half the price of a tub of protein that can only last you 2 months MAX. No wonder gear is EXTREMELY popular back home. I have worked with clients that wanted to go the enhanced route and we started off with LGD and MK (5 & 25 mg respectively) and the results SERIOUSLY blew my mind. It really did feel like real gear except there was no pinning involved whatsoever. The problem with SARMs is that they also suppress you, which unlike Testosterone, though that suppressed you itself, is also Test itself so the suppression really doesn't matter. In 3 weeks we gained a RIDICULOUS amount of size (I remember the arm going up by an inch within 3 weeks, almost instantaneously, after which we extended the cycle on to 8 weeks but by then we only had strength adaptations, and my client felt extremely lethargic towards the end (highly suppressed. Anyways we successfully PCT'd and the strength and the size has been maintained till date (and gone beyond, and this was about 1. 5 years ago now if not 2+. Edit: We took pre, during and post blood work and everything from KFT, LFT, FSH, LH, Cholesterol, E2 everything came back to baseline after PCT. The cholesterol values did change for the worse during though, but besides the Cholesterol everything else during was just fine. Edit 2: The pumps are UNGODLY btw (this may or may not be individual) but you feel like you probably did when you had initially started training and saw results every couple of days, except this time you are that much more educated w. r. t your training and nutrition to get the maximum out of them.

If you do actually get real pharmaceutical grade SARMs they do in fact work and have very promising anabolic effects for muscle growth and even some fat loss. The risks though, as mentioned in this video is you never really know what you're getting since it is now illegal to sell them as a dietary supplement. I would say they are a little bit safer than actual steroids however they do have side effects and risks associated with their use. These side effects are often downplayed by people trying to Market their products. They have been shown to raise LDL cholesterol as well as lower HDL cholesterol which is often referred to as the good cholesterol that protects your circulatory system from stroke and heart attack. Also as mentioned in this video, people that are using them are using them at a much higher dose then what the control study groups were using, which could result in higher levels of unwanted and unhealthy side effects. The reality is it's all about decisions and choices and weighing the risk versus reward for their use. Buyer beware

I have been lifting for 15 years on and off. Im a certified personal trainer and Im into all kinds of supplements. I have studied, researched, etc. I have took Rad 140. I split dosed it and took straight 20mg before a workout. It worked amazing for me cause I have low T. All these companies selling them say there safe, they dont suppress you blah blah blah. They will suppress you. I have taking them and I know. They also say it doesnt mess with your cholesterol and it kills it Let me ask you all a question. If your test is going up and all these people selling these sarms are saying its as powerful as test, etc. what is happening to your cholesterol? Its going up Test and cholesterol go hand and hand. Thats why when someone cuts cholesterol out of there diet there test levels go down.

It was not really a video on the science of sarms, it was a discussion with a guy who don't really know anything about them. First, sarm is a term that got confused in the industry. For example, GW501516, that you used to show dosage discrepancy, is labeled as one but does not affect the androgen receptor at all. It is a PPAR modulator. You could have identified real sarms (ostarine, lgd etc) and then explain what they are suposed to do to the androgen receptor that is different from regular androgens. They work by trying, to varying degrees of sucess, to separate anabolic from androgenic activity. I think the hype is justified this time, this is completely different from normal androgens and is interesting especially for females.

Just began taking a few SARMs (cutting purposed selection, and honestly, they are working as advertised so far. Energy and endurance levels beyond what Ive felt in over a year, and strength increased even on a caloric deficit. SARMs work, but obviously not nearly at the level of steroids. They are, however, the best supplement to have behind them. Better than any preworkout and creatine for sure. You do have to be mindful of where you get them, however, but irc. bio is the best source you can find for them. Basically, if you want to be natural but want a good and effective edge to improve your workouts and help reach your goal quicker, use SARMs. Im the last person to fall for gimmicks, but these definitely arent a gimmick.

My research animal loved ostarine. The effects are minute but desirable. Adds just enough fullness to the muscle while adding separation. Cuts body fat while helping maintain mass or great for a lean clean bulk. Helps with aches and pains as well. The side effects my research animal noticed were mostly good ones like a feeling of well being. Would recommend. LGD not worth the sides IMO strong SARM but with stronger side effects. MK677(not technically a SARM but lumped in with them) good recovery, injury healing and sleep but will bloat you and can have some lethragy. My research animal started using it every other day and had less bloat. Made the muscles very full as well. Just putting out my research with SARMS

As a SARM user, I can verify they do indeed show results and Ive yet to notice any cons. I specifically ran Ostarine while cutting, got very lean very quick but my muscle mass increased. My test levels and overall test suppression were not effected anymore than about 2%, so I know I for sure I was taking the Real deal and not prohormone laced BS. If youre looking into buying SARMS, always buy it in a liquid form with a pipette, anything other than liquid is not real Sarms. They are legal as a research chemical only in liquid form, remember thatBest retailer is Innovative Research Compounds, be safe guys

While I appreciate the interview, this guy more or less just gave perceptions of the SARMS and how theyre marketed. I just want to know what the likely amount of growth or results one would get from use. This is a question most guys never get answered, whether its regarding SEOs, PEDs, or SARMS. Anybody thats serious should already know what possible risks their taking and have a basic understanding of the product. What I cant get from regular articles is use, results, stacks, etc. Ive never used SARMS, but Ive heard a range of opinions. What is at least the bro science behind it?

Yall don't know anything about SARMS. But if one already has a nice body why put a chemical in your body, even if it does give some great gains and is pretty damn safe? But it is sort of ridiculous a couple guys talking so much a bout a subject they have no experience with. The cautionary part though is always good there is much fake stuff and one needs to do lots of research before buying/trying. Ya look great Jeff, good job on that physique, your front double bicep has more flow than Phil's
