Unfortunately this is not how genes work. Neither height or muscle size is hereditary. Your chromosomes only carry information on protein makeup at particular coordinates in your body. The rest is up to environment during period of active development. From fetus to about 18 Y. O. All those studies you site were performed on adults with both skeletal and muscle features already formed by environment they grew up in. And carry too much variability not only in diet but in intensity perception as well. What's hard and painful for one, is easy and effortless for other. I had a neighbor with whom we started to train for Olympic power lifting at 5th grade. I switched to swimming after a year and 6' tall now. He stayed for 5 years and grew to 5'7. Both his parents are around 5'11 and his older brother who was running and playing basketball is 6'6. My sister never did any sport, she was into dancing, she is 5'9. My dad is 5'8 -former boxer and my mom is 5'4 former semi-pro gymnast. genetics I guess: )

Both my parents are short af moms 52 and dads 56 yet I came out to be 510 Im not tall but Im happy I didnt grow up to be any shorter than 55 my mom has a short torso and long legs and my dad has Long torso and shorter legs and I got long legs short torso which aesthetically it looks a lot better, got into lifting and made a world of a difference how I turned out to be. Genetics can be a blessing or something you just gotta live with thankfully I wasnt cursed with short genes like anything below 54 for a guy

I think it's a pretty big oversight to forget the concept of training intensity here. 2 people can be on the exact same diet plan and training plan but have completely different levels of execution and intensity in the gym. As a result, they will look extremely different. There are so many factors that go into shaping how you look, (genetics being only 1 of the MANY) it's obnoxious when someone uses genetics as a crutch.

My parents are both very talented in sports so i was too basically. My mom was always anorexic tho and I have most traits from her so i never gained muscles or mass quickly. My dad was a really good football player and a local legend to his people in his home country so i got good leg genetics (I gain most muscle at legs, im best at squats etc. My calves suck though lmao

Currently I am getting back into training at 47 and finding im not as hungry as I once was, as i get deeper into training frequency and of course watch my diet. can I assume my appetite will increase, I dont know how one consumes enough macros as my required daily quest to gain weight and lose fat. Say protein 168 grams a day Hello. i cannot take in this much

People often overestimate the size of the role genetics play. Anyone can build a nice physique with years of training. Some people will have a relatively large chest, others relatively large legs, it doesn't matter. Anyone who is willing to work for it will see good results.

Its wierd how its tabu to talk about genetic-potential. but it shouldn't be, its not about value its about the fact of hard data. The same goes for genetic diffrences between different ethnic groups. but Im not allowed to talk much about that. on youtube at least. ;)

but no matter what his genetics says hes small and will never be big. shrimps peak faster then us big guys and their potential is quickly achieved vs a 6. 1+ guy like myself. at my height, ill be bigger all over vs this little guy. assuming my diet is right

You have good genetics like myself look at your dad's build. Muscle bells, muscle placement are genetics. Like yourself have excellent muscle belly's. Phil health is a perfect example yes his on steroids but all steroids did was enhance his muscle growth lol

You have bad form. All That Body English to swing the weights. you have no mental Focus you're looking all around the room. you're making no effort in Contracting your muscle. that means you have no mind to muscle connection
