Best way to loose weight is to fast, exercise and eat only proteins. Eat only proteins for 2 weeks while fasting for at least 12 hours. Do at least 15min cardio every day for two weeks.

Total Caloies does matter! To help with calorie management eat boringly. Eat the same quantity, of the same food for a week. Did you lose weight If not, the quantity of food consumed exceeded your energy requirement.
