hi, i am still on diet plan, and gym also per day 2 hrs, 2 months finished but i lost only 4, 5 kg
how can i loose more weight the same diet plan?
my diet plan since morning
1, early morning md stomach drinking 1 cup of water
2 after half and hour, half lemon juice and black pepper powder, and hot water mixed well
like a juice
3 breakfast, wheat rusk or bread and milk tea
4 then, before lunch fruits, green apple, orange, cucumber
5 for lunch oats with hot water only
6, ginger tea at 3pm
7, 6 pm at gym
8, after gym brown bread for dinner
this is my schedule please suggest me
my age is 29 and weight 80 right now

Healthy eating depends on what food choices you make!
Never buy unhealthy foods!
Only eat food you make.
Never buy food that you didn't prepare yourself.
When I was in highschool, a friend of mine worked at a pizza/sub shop. He would get high before work then spit in everyone's food he prepared.
He thought it was funny, and that was back in the '70's. He now owns his own restaurant and wonders why I never eat there!

Yeah metabolic damage (AKA your metabolism slowing down) is a very real problem, degree of which increases with the degree of caloric restriction. So yeah if you diet down drastically your metabolism will slow more(percentage wise) than if you do a reasonable caloric deficit. Also the function is not lienar, so it can be actually a lot worse if you over do your deficit. Do some more research next time.

There's really only one dieting mistake, and that's dieting in the first place. Diets don't work, because by definition, a diet is temporary, which means once you're off it, you're back to your usual non-dieting routines that made you fat in the first place. Want to keep that fat off? Focus on good nutrition rather than dieting.

Well most obese people have a lot of fat on them well yes is true but there is a pretty good percentage of it is not fat the othere parts of them are unnatural elements of the body. But simply changing your diet going with out these unnatural elements can get rid of them.

I made a huge mistake iam 40 years 183 height last 10 months i lost 35kg very fast now iam at plateau at 106kg.
2 months now plateau i go every day at gym but i cannot start the metabolism again.

Whey protein is the white flour of the protein world. Use it wisely.
Single ingredient foods = real food. Avoid the food like products which comprise 95 % of everything in the grocery store.

When I was cutting fat. I never stepped on the weight machine. I could feel the fat getting out of my body
Do workout, sleep more and most importantly follow a good diet.

have limited carbs to 10-100g a day for almost a year now and lost 60lbs that way and am close to my ideal weight. No way I am eating sugar or snacks ever again.
