I honestly can't believe David is on anything, he seems relatively natural and does not seem to have the side effects that come along with steroids. And honestly if he was on any tren and steroids etc I believe that he would have a better squat. His numbers are really good for his age and sizr, but his squat is decent, but nothing way out there. So if you truly believe he is on anything then you all are retards. I have high respect for david, you guys only accuse him of these steroid usage because you can't imagine achieving these numbers naturally, but honestly a 405 pound bench is even achievable at a natural body. So fr stop dissing on the man he works hard and I truly believe that he is not on anything. You guys hear things and you choose to believe them bc you don't know what to believe so gl

A couple of things, a 675 deadlift will not bounce like that when it hits the floor. That is suspect right off the bat. Secondly, there is a strong possibility your are using fake weights in some exercises. Lastly, by looking at you, even with the sumo deadlift instead of a real powerlifting deadlift, your weight would most likely put you at a national record. If you are 225lbs ( which I doubt ) a 675 deadlift makes you stronger in your age bracket than 98% of athletes. Sorry its far fetched. I am still waiting for the regular deadlift video.

If you have access to PubMed (research database of peer-reviewed articles) you'll find that DUP is not (if even) superior to normal periodization. However, the idea of changing it up might be a good idea to remove that mental obstacle of lifting within the same rep range workout after workout.

I just turned 18 & I'm running this program. After the 2 weeks my bench went from 335 to 355 & my deadlift went from 455 to 475. Haven't tried squat yet but this shit working for me. I've also gained like 6 pounds though, I was 185 now I'm like 191

Natural or unnatural, David you have an insane deadlift for your age and in general. But you need to keep your right arm (underarm grip) straight or youre going to tear your bicep.
