Hey David; you are my biggest inspiration since I saw your transformation video. Im very skinny just like you where back when you where 14. I decided to change just like you did because I wont life very happy until I changed this. So my question to you is if you could do a video on how you started training, what you trained and most important: what you where eating. Thanks for a answer or even a video over these terms. Greetings from switzerlandPascal

Cam Dineen isn't in the NHL. He plays in the OHL, a major junior league based in Ontario, Canada, that the NHL drafts players from. Just because a player is drafted doesn't mean he'll play in the NHL, most actually don't. Unless you're a phenom like Austin Matthews or Connor McDavid, you probably won't be playing in the NHL as an 18 year old. Still interesting though.

In your workout routine it always says for example deadlifting or bent over rows 4x8. Does that mean you do 4 working sets with the same weight or 4 working sets with different weights for 10 reps per set? I think its pretty hard to do 4 sets deadlifting with heavy weight. Does anyone know how hes doing it? What makes more sense to gain strength?

I used to be really good at icehockey but I quit some time ago. I got pretty motivated to get on the ice again when I saw this and also thought about how great of a workout it could be. Winter cant come soon enough.

Love the video, although you shouldn't judge people with autism. It's not funny and extremely ignorant. You probably didn't mean it but unfortunately you implied it.
