I think if you're training really hard for 2 years or so, really strictly it starts making you so confident in yourself that you stop being as strict and then it keeps going down until you realise it's really effecting you, this is what happened to me I trained heavy non stop for roughly 2 years all the way up until September this year then I stopped eating as much, sleeping more and being less active now I haven't lost all my gains but I'm definitely not as big and not as toned, but I'm training really hard now after seeing this and I'm starting to get even bigger than before keep it up

This video is old so i dont know if i ll get an answer but anyway here is my question: I ve hit the gym consitantly for about 8 months but i had a rlly rough illness and couldnt go to the gym for over 3 months after that i ve lost my motivation to go to the gym for another 1 1/2 month but now i am back on track but i feel like i cant lift anything anymore. How do you get along workouts with weigths that seemed like babyweights before but are now your maximum strength? btw love your videos

i was training so hard from 17-18 and gained 22lbs in a little over a year - i went from 143lbs to 165lbs. im 186cm (6'1) so there was still so much more for me to fill out. then i injured my lower back at 19 and had to get surgery for it, took me a little under a year to train again. i lost half my gains and went back to 154lbs. wish i didn't get injured otherwise i would have got to 185lbs: (. im 20 now and 154lbs. just started training again - goal is to get to 175lbs in 1 year

Lmao, the reason he lost his weight, strength and motivation is because he's not on a cycle. Add that too him starting up school again and not eating much. You will lose a lot of strength and size. Also stress and dispersion will start to kick in when your not on the drug. Keep natural kid, eat lots and train hard you will get the gains back. Just not as fast. Don't be another YouTube fake natty

Hey David, I'm going on holiday for 3 weeks, this means 3weeks no gym. I understand it is good for you body to rest sometimes so you can get back stronger, so I'm planning to lift heavily the month before. Do you have any tips how to maintain as much gains as possible? Should I try to bulk? So when I come back my muscle memory can use the extra bit of fat/size to grow fully back?

I know exactly what you're talking about. Motivation comes and goes, but if you want to be able to consistently train all year round, it's more about discipline. Lifting and eating right even when your mood isn't where it needs to be. It's a downward spiral because the more you lose your gains, the less you want to lift when your motivation is low.

Is because your body is tiered to brake the animal proteins. If you want to feel good I'll recommend you to become vegan or really raw vegan. And if you want just to look really good and be simetric and not to destroy your knees and spine, I'll recommend you to do just advanced calisthenics exercises. With sympathy and administration.

can you gain muscle back without having to eat a'lot of calories, how do start off on your calories. do you start at a deficit and work your way up. or should we stay at maintenance for a while so you gain strenght back and your muscle that you lost, and gain any fat in the process just your strength and muscle or is that no possible.
