After seeing this video, I thought I would post this. I'm in no way connected to the mfg. There is a product for soreness on the market, I had to get a perception to get this stuff. No longer it's available over the counter it's called Voltaren it contains diclofenac sodium its a topical gel. Now get over the fact it is for arthritis pain.
We all need some sort of relief at one time or another. Please check this stuff out

jeff what are the proper exercises to strengthen the lower back? and I like engaging the core when I do curls with a bar but sometimes I end up feeling that the lower back is working too and i use good posture without rounding my back, would that mean that I am using too much weight for me or that is a bad idea. my focus is more on performance than having big biceps.

Been in gym for 20days and while doing chest exercises i feel my anterior deltoid is hurting more than my chest muscles. Is it normal or am I doing it wrong. And yeah I'm a skinny guy and I don't feel much in my chest while working out. And I don't have anyone to tell me whether am I doing it correctly or not. -

It sucks i started going to gym like month and half ago i first went with my brother hes younger then me and he stoppes going then my friend was going with me and now im alone and im losing motivation i think its just not it when you have to be alone

Jeff''s biceps here are incredibly huge. they are phenomenal.
just look at them. it just shows he knows what he is talking about when building biceps.
if you want biceps like this, you just have to follow what he says.

There are gyms using just those kind of gyms. Look up Milon gym equipment, they work exactly like that - though I believe they have a target group focused on elder people rather than lifters

CAN SOMEONE HELP! Every time I do standing barbell curls, the only thing that's sore the next day is the bend of my arm on the opposite side of my elbow. Any tips on what I'm doing wrong?
