hi Jeff,
Firstly i want to tell you i follow your videos, I want to start abdominal workout but i have a fear that after i discontinue my workout i am gonna get a paunch. I am now working in software company(i am a soft. engineer) so u know i work by sitting all day. I dont want abs i just want flat belly so which exercise will you suggest me that will not give paunch after discontinuing workout.

I know this is a trivial question but when I bench 200- 240 and above (id rather not go lower I do pyramid workouts from 25 down) even with my wrists in a upright position they hurt like hell about halfway through the workout. is there anyway to fix this? any recommend wrist braces/wraps or techniques? thanks in advance. I really hope you see this

Jeff these workouts are killers but are also lovely. I'm 15 years old and I did this right after you older video of 4 minutes in hell which you did a few years back. Your probably the most legit personal trainer there is who is making me get the results I want thank you for all the tips you are giving right now, it's getting me ripped like you; )

Please help! I am really confused with what foods have fast digesting and slow digesting proteins!
e. g. Ricotta - People say it is high in whey (fast digest)but it is made out of the curds of milk, which is mainly casein(slow digesting. What is happening here?

Abs show when you eat good and make them work. it's possible to have low body fat and have underdeveloped, weak abs and as a result a weak lower and middle upper back. it's important to train abs so they get stronger and grow out. after all they are the only thing protecting your most vital organs.

Is tbe side kb swing any different to a one arm kb swing?
I dont really get how to do this particular swing --especially the stance. am i allowed to bend over a bit like in the video?
I can hardly find any other vids doing demo on that swing.
