I am a boy, 15 years old about to go on 16. I way 135 pounds and I've been working out since November and I haven't been seeing the results I want. Im giving my muscles enough rest time. My main goal is to hide some of my collar bone. I know I need to workout my arms, chest, shoulders, and traps but I'm not getting the results I want from working them out. Does anyone have any tips? By the way the only muscle that is coming in greatly is my upper chest. I guess I just want to add more width to my upper body so I won't look as skinny

somebody help me? I'm 19 and skinny, I'm started go to gym just last Sunday feb. 14. 2016 but I'm doing workout at home before. but since I am started go to gym, the problem now is I don't know how to do a program for me. or I dont have any idea how do my workout properly. I know you guys somebody there will help me by recommending a best App? about workout plan for me. please I need your very best suggestion and it will appreciated. thanks a lot.

Greetings Jeff, I am a hard gainer in my chest only. Every other muscle grows with ease. I do hundreds to a thousand push ups a week, switching variations from diamond to regular to wide. I also do dips and pull ups, not well under 100. What am I doing wrong? Please put a video out for great chest growth exercises at home!

Jeff, please keep on doing bodyweight Wednesdays. This one is great! I teach a number of bodyweight only classes, and working the back is always a problem, unless one employs equipment. I often do three days a week, and the middle day is stations where participants can hit neglected muscle groups.

I have a question, please help. When I am training i can feel my muscles burn and scream, its kind of satisfying cus i know im training hard enaugh, but after workout i dont have muscle soreness, is it ok? (Ive been training swimming for about 4 years, but hitting gym i started recently)

Please do this again Jeff, I would love to attend. You are one of my greatest inspirations and I would be so chuffed to train with you in person. It is hard to find a person who will train me (me being 15) and having someone with so much knowledge is encouraging and invaluable.

Still have a ways to go but Jeff your info and my dedication has helped me get from 285 down to 205 and hopefully down to 185 in next few months. Love you and Elliott Hulse, you guys have changed my life in more ways than I ever thought. Oh and Dont Tread On Me; )
