protein components like carbohydrates, fats and sugars. Isolate protein itself can have many differences as well since the way the protein is isolated to this stage can vary considerably. Heated processes, chemical splitting, and cold micro filtration are all available (each with their own rationale and benefits or negatives) and are further discussed in the video. If you're looking for the highest quality whey protein from a brand that you can trust, I would suggest you visit and see why today's top professional athletes are turning to our brand. In an industry where scumbags rule the day, we're doing everything we can to not only change that reality but most of all the result you see from using the best

Most if not all Baby formulations have hydrolyzed Protein whey, if it was so bad like he is saying it why the heck they will use it in baby formulations, my son has milk allergies and he had extensively hydrolyzed protein formulation since regular milk gave him an allergic reaction, now slowly he is getting mover milk allergies, the point is hydrolyzed protein is not useful for every one but some one who has problems with milk digestion or has allergies its great for them, where as isolate may not be good as you remove even the good stuff not just fat and lactose and carb, etc compared to raw or concentrated Protein, but your saying its good why.

Question to Athlean-X or any experts out there. I am a 48 yo hardgainer. Worked out off and on my whole life. Ate fairly healthy, but I realize now I never had enough protein. Research tells me to have -255 g of protein a day to put in mass. My question. if I spend $ for protein powder but end up only totaling 175-200g/day. Am I wasting my time and money and not going to make any gains? If I don't consume the recommendations should I just go back to my normal eating without supplements which is approximately 160/day and save the cash. I'm 5'10- and 170#'s btw. Probably around 7 #'s of fat on the love handles and gut. Thanks in advance.

The taste is unbearable, with too much sugar in it. 6 grams sugar in 19 grams ( a scoop) of powder! Read the list of ingredients before you buy. All three jars contain sucralose or Splenda, the artificial sweetener that causes gut upset. -
I am afraid to destroy a microbiome taking so much Splenda every day. Animal studies link sucralose to negative effects on the bacterial environment in the gut. I would love to buy the RX supplements from you as soon as you release an unflavored version without any artificial sweeteners and organic. The product is overpriced and has no refund.

I got some ON isolate whey protein, is that a good choice. I started working out about 3-4 months ago and went from weighing 165IB to 186IB. I try to eat as much carbs and protein from eggs, potatoes or what ever I have at home. Once I start working I-ll start meal prepping and buying my own groceries. Also I just started using whey yesterday before that I was just eating what I could, oatmeal chicken steak eggs. I usually look up what I-m about to eat to see if it-s good for me.

6: 40 -Process that uses cold temperatures to split the fractions into their parts-
Actually it's about filtering out the lactose, fat etc through a process of specialized membranes.
The Whey is actually blasted with at least 60 degree celcius heat (pasturization) before it goes to filtering.
I absolutely agree with your take on ion-exchange. It's denatured but still sold at the same price as CFM = higher profit margin. Keep up the great videos-

Thanks for the Video! Excuse me for chiming in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you heard about - Chireetler Immediate Muscle Rule (probably on Google? It is a great one off guide for learning some fast muscle building techniques without the headache. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my old buddy Taylor after a lifetime of fighting got great success with it.

Unlike Jeff to forget the other protine, that being Casein.
Casein is a slow-digesting dairy protein that people often take as a supplement.
It releases amino acids slowly, so people often take it before bed to help with recovery and reduce muscle breakdown while they sleep.
Several studies have shown it helps boost muscle growth, along with a ton of other benefits.

What good is Whey protein? All it does is give you some energy, that's it. It does not help in the building of muscles because 6 of the 9 Amino Acids are missing in whey protein. Essentially all you are doing when you drink a whey protein drink is spiking your sugar lvls because one cup of whey can turn into more sugar than a can of soda has.

None! Just eat real food! Everyone trying to look like bodybuilders in magazines who are pumped full of roids! You'll just end up looking fat! Get a proper blood test done to find out if you are actually deficient in anything THEN supplement for any deficiencies IF you can't get enough from real food.
