Hernias (my guts came out) is my problem. It happen 2 times. I want to workout my Abe area. But I can't push too hard or I can have it again. Do u have something not so epic but as effective? Plz I been working out another parts but my abs is by far the hardest cuz of that. I want upper and lower abs plz. I watch your work a lot. Thanks moo!

IMO the chin up bar leg lifts/twists are the easiest and my favorite to do most of the others are just crazy and as already posted, only Batman can do lol - AthleanX you are in ridiculously good shape. -

You just need to sort your form out mate. You're working your back more than your abs, obviously lol. Ask somebody who looks in shape to give you advice, and tell them what happens to you about your sore back

yes, in fact every time you train abs, especially lower abs, train lower back!
Very important to avoid messing up your posture with an anterior pelvic tilt (that awful ass out, arched back look.

Another good ab workout is flutter kicks. It's where you put your feet 6 inches above the ground, make sure your legs are straight and toes are pointing forward and just kick for a while.

Hi Lanky,
I think if you're talking about making a muscle stronger you should train your movements you want to be stronger at and it will incorporate the whole core anyway

the most diff one was that wheel roll one that will litteay crush your core. and if u do one rep that means u have stability damnnnn i want to do those
