jeff. this video was the start of an ingenious move to rip off your shirt show your incredible physique and give instructions on how to obtain a similar body. you appear very genuine in your aim to motivate people to look as good as you. you always say your motivating idol was Sylvestor Stallone. well let me tell you that your name as a great motivation in years to come will outlast that of Stallone. your actual ability and willingness to actually do the exercises you recommend in unprecedented. i am in full admiration of you and your work.

I got one for you! I call them crucifiers. Start with light dumbells until you know your limit. Stand chest and head tall. Curl the dumbells to your shoulder then slowly press them out to arms length. You from a cross with your elbows locked out. I like to hold them so my pinky is just above the shoulder hegth. Put your back near a wall so you can judge if you are leaning forward. Go up in weight if you can hold them for more than 30 sec. Your upper pecs will scream.

its the same with females who like to have a tight butt or firm thighs or flat stomachs its not about seeming weak all the time, sometimes some guys and gals just like definition to either flaunt ( a little vain) or show their significant other. Some just like it because they don't like seeing their bones, lol, or that extra flab. Its healthy as long as there is no obsession or insecurities happening

You're a physical therapist right? I'm a massage therapist, and a bodybuilder. Tell me why aren't you getting the full stretch on the pectoralis major on the bench press? Because full stretch + contraction= gains! Just a thought ALWAYS get full stretch, in a slow and controlled manner of course.

Athlean-x, if going lower than parallel from your chest can cause shoulder problems, does that also apply when using push-up bars that allow you to go lower and deeper? Meaning, do the push-up bars cause shoulder problems?

Be careful that you are not over training. it is important that you let your muscles heal for a few days between your chest workouts. Doing push-ups every night might not be helping your strength gains.

if you want to concentrate on any one muscle group, warm them up first. pack out some push ups and then go to dumbbell flies or bench press. Get the blood in the muscle before you try to kill it.

it is unbelievable how many guys i know that are obsessed and determined to get big and muscly. they think they're weak because they're not a big ogre, it's ridiculous
