7: 01 - you can mimic the best parts of this movement without any real risk by laying on your back on a bench and using dumbbells. When your at the bottom of the movement, the lever arm is providing the greatest strain on the biceps at the very bottom. But the risk is minimal, because the elbow isn't braced. Instead, it's your front-delts and to a small extent the pecs that are holding the upper arm in that parallel-to-the-floor position. You'll also find that you really don't need a heavy weight anyway. You can get fantastic stress at just 20 pounds in that position. and that's not a weight that would normally be threatening to tendons if you're handling it slowly.

8: 44 yes I can do that (turning 44 in 2 weeks) while having TERRIBLE balance. Balance isn't always age related. I have had a terrible balance since I was a teenager. Tried with multiple different physiotherapists to get better balance, but none could help me. They say it's because of a concussion I had as a child. Tying your shoe makes it even easier, I balance with my shoe lace. Also extra balance while putting on the shoe. Just standing on 1 leg for me is way harder than standing on 1 leg while putting on my shoes and tying the laces.

I’m writing in in hope you reach out. Been going through a C6/C7 injury, I was told not to weight train, run and currently going through PT but considering everything I’ve learned here, I want to see your pov on what and how to do it. I know you probably need to know more details on diagnosis but I’m just wanting some motivation to know I can continue through modifications but my whole left side stopped growing and still feeling the tingly feeling on my fingers.

Calisthenics guy was obviously in gymnastics from probably a young age.
I put my son in a gymnastics summer camp at 6. They were doing ninja training for the young kids, but really they were developing Speed, agility, strength, flexibility, and balance, which translates well to any sport.
By the end of the summer he could hold himself up on the rings and do leg raises. He could do more pull-ups than me and had a six pack: /

the most athletic people in the world Not competitive rope jumpers IMHO, but pole vaulters. Watch a video of Olympic pole vaulting competition, either men or women. You'll see amazing strength, coordination, speed and absolutely perfect body control. Olympic gymnasts run a close second. Coincidently, both types of competitors are the ones that of all athletes, that live the longest lives.

Hello and thank you for everything(it's a lot. Would you be so kind to research and tell us the diference between a normal alchohol consuming person and a normal canabis consumer during body building training periods A normal consumption for alcohol would be up to 3 drinks per day or 4-5 joints per day. Please give us some insights! Thank You!

I used to do the last move everyday for 10-12 years. About 200# of flour. You stand up the bags so you can swing it up on your back and then walk it to the prep table. No other way to do it because the bags are too thick for your hands and I ain't walking back to do it twice. b

My thighs are 32 and my legs are the strongest in my gym by a good margin. My leg strength had been naturally very strong and lifting they got much stronger. My wife and I joke I am one of few guys who has thicker legs than his girl and she has 27 thighs. Js some of us can stack up.

So. if the bar doesn't stop at the glutes and it is not a lack of training, what is it Asking for myself. I don't think mine would stop, but I have small and round glutes with no lack of training. I am not aspired to have big glutes, never have in my life. Just curious.

A book that changed my life in ways that I never could imagine is Secret Testosterone Nexus of Evolution. Drop whatever you're doing right now and go find that book. Trust me after applying its principles, my testosterone levels skyrocketed like never before.

I was doubtful I could do the old man test but I just did it and was successful. But I realized after a shower I do half of it anyway; I put my socks on standing up on just one foot lol. I actually don't consider my balance very good but I guess it's ok. I'm 42

3: 44 Jeff going in on a complex explanation about why he thinks the guy will he good at pullups. Totally bypasses the main thing: Dude is a Marine and pull ups are in their physical fitness test. Helps with promotions and all that.

That video of the guy jumping rope IS sped up. The description at the top says 228 jumps in THIRTY seconds. If you didn't cut the video at all, he jumps for only 15 seconds. Meaning the video is running at 2x speed.

athleanx could you shed some light on L-carnitine and the idea of burning more fat by using it as energy. It has become a popular suppliment these days. Hoping you would make a short video or a reel on it.

The jump rope one is sped up. I watched the original video. But it's only sped up to fit thirty seconds into fifteen. That person absolutely did make that record. It just doesn't look exactly like that.

There’s a book called Secret Testosterone Nexus of Evolution, and it dives into everything; nutrition, training, sleep, and mental focus. It’s the real deal, my life hasn’t been the same since.

Please don't go this TikTok route with pure reaction videos. But now that you did, WHY is there no Anatoli the cleaner doing the helicopter squat
Jeff should also do a cover of him, that would be awesome.

I don’t care what anyone says yes dude was absolutely in the wrong but Nippard is also a grown man and should’ve stood up for himself. I’m not a fan of either that’s just my unbiased opinion

Really liked this light hearted video. Din't know if I passed or failed the old man test. I'm 83 and have to use every trick I can think of to get my shoes on. Gave up on socks long ago
