I think even without using Adobe Premier, you can directly import the video in photoshop and convert each frame to photos. Then rest of the steps. Also you can exclude one layer while selecting all layers for blending. That excluded layer can be used to brush off unnecessary blur of tree leaves etc. while converting to long exposure effect

Unmesh, awesome video! I think there may have been a missed opportunity where you could've shown how doing this method can help tackle noise in your photos. Either of the blending modes should've helped to virtually eliminate any lum or color noise in the final image.
You're awesome m'friend. keep safe and happy!

This is cool, exactly what I was looking for! Thanks so much. Especially for such a concise and thorough, clear presentation. Essentially I wanted to make long exposure photos in some games I play, which would mean recording video in OBS then using this technique. Should work wonders!

Can you please do some tutorials about InDesign and Illustrator? Your tutorials on Photoshop are great and very helpful and it seems like if you do some tutorials in another Adobe softwares it would be great too. Anyways, I'm such a big fan of yours and thanks for the great tutorials.

You could use also StarStaX for the startrails. Gives the possibility to fill the gaps when present.
But indeed very nice for the long exposure workflow. Do a lot of time-lapses so interesting since I can easily start from my images instead of a video.

Videos are not long exposure. A long exposure is when the sutter is open for longer time for example 2, 4, 32 etc. While videos have sutter speed ideally for 24fps video Sutter speed should be 1/50th sec. So videos are not long exposure.

My video was bit shaky due to image stabilizer in camera which I forget to turn off.
I will try to stabilize those by stacking-mean. Thanks for the video.
You will won't believe how long I was waiting for this video

Hey unmesh need a help. My my photoshop cc 2020 not working properly. I can't save any photos after editing them or can't even open another photo. I mean in photoshop file section doesn't really working. Help me
reply

Well, in order to shoot stars, you already have the images, so just load them as layers and photoshop and change the blending mode to lighten, why grab the images from low quality video?

Hello, Can you make a retouch tutorial with male models? Retouching skin, beard, eyes, hair and correct ilumination? P. S.: I love the tutorials and I use on my works! Thanks!

Unmesh thank you for the video. But I think we can used starstax or other stacking software. They may take little less time once you have all the images
