i've tried tons and tons of times to change white hair color and it is just almost impossible,
while finding a suitable fitting hair picture can be quite challenging and problematic, its not as much as actually trying to edit a white color yourself

Why not just add a gradient map adjustment layer with the desired color range set to soft or hard light and use a layer mask to color in the hair? Adjust opacity and mess with the underlying layer sliders in the layer blending options. Would take about two mins instead of 10.

No doubt u did an amazing job but since I have huge expectations from you Unmesh, I really expected you to actually change his hair colour and not crop and place someone else's hair which has a completely different style compared to the old man's hair!

I actually had to change my bleached grey hair to black for my graduation photo. I have no access for hair dye right now and the nearest one delivers like 5 days later and i need it 2 days from now. lmao

I guess this goes a bit beyond photomanipulation, but you need to define the hairline on the forehead so that they can blend in realistically, with some brush strokes
