Variable Speed Feature for Incredible Painting Effect! Tutorial Bubba04100: Ran into a minor issue while following your video, after making a layer at 10: 13 and converting it for smart filters, filter gallery was blurred out. Found out that I had to convert the image from 16 bit to 8 bit. Can't recall if you mentioned that or not in the video, but figured I would throw out this comment in case anyone else ran into a similar issue. Love all the videos you do and always look forward to seeing what you have to teach us next!

love the tutorial. love the concept of turning photo to painting look. i do however find it strange not realistic that everything is broad stroke blurry except the face. the details outside the face should be more defined so it does not look like your seeing a facepainting by a master superimposed over a background by a student

I have been attempting to practise this great tutorial by the letter but the Blur Tools panel is not appearing on my PC. I've searched every where for a solution as to how to activate this panel but have had no success. Could someone kindly offer a solution to my very frustrating dilemma. Thank you in advance.

Man I just love the way you explain things. From my point of view you're giving the perfect balance between going into details and keeping a decent pace. Congratulations on your amazing work! You just got yourself a new fan. I'll be putting all this knowledge to use as soon as possible. Cheers

Hi Unmesh, Thanks for another outstanding tutorial. I tried this effect, but, in the Path Filter the Effects box shows a message that it is only available for Field Blur, Iris Blur and Tilt-shift. Is there a setting that needs to be changed. I am working on an 8 bit image using PS cc 2018

thanks.

Amazing tutorial, I like the way you explain every detail and not just giving step by step, being curious I noticed my Photoshop CS6, doesn't have the blur gallery, it's due to the version or something else, I appreciate if you could help me with this.

I love this form! Nice swing in the background and a really nice intro. Up to the first photoshop capture it looked extremely professional. OFC the rest is great too, but the beginning just feels like a pro TV production.

NICE tutorial on this blur effect! But NOT AT ALL REALISTIC OR CONVINCING as actual motion blur doesn't work on various random vectors at once. But, as I said, nice tut on blur.

You are my favorite tutor because you are not afraid of stylized and surreal images. Any expert can teach how to improve a photograph, but you teach CREATIVE work. Thank you, sir.
