Fantastic tutorial as always!
I'd like to suggest one extra effect layer, which is by creating a new copy of the subject, make it black and white, use the filter find edges or trace contour under the Stylize filter menu, mess around with the contrast to make the lines pop and setting that layer to multiply, to give it that extra hand drawn effect.

Instead of putting the stroke on from the edit menu. Apply the layer mask to the robot layer and then use stroke from the layer styles (double click on the layer name) this way you can change colour and apply thickness but you can also add an outer glow to the character. i used an off white glow. or you could add a drop shadow to the character

Dear Unmesh, great tutorial as usual, is there a way to add a halftone effect to complete the comic look where size of the points will take account of the tone of the image (bigger points in darker areas, smaller on lighter ones) did you ever achieved this kinda effects? Anyway keep on the good work.

Why not just add the stroke as a layer style to the character layer? That way it can be adjusted extremely easily without having to redo it.

1: 12 OCD moment. You forgot a small white gap on the robots' top elbow. Between the cable running on the side of the arm.

Why don't you added stroke by converting it to Smart object and from blending option selecting stroke?
