Is it possible to resize, then leave them to REPLACE pics in various nested folders? For instance, I have a Calibre library, and I want to batch resize all the pictures, all named cover. jpg, all in a folder full of folders for each book, then replace the exiting pic with the resized one.

What happens when you have a file that you know has pictures in it buy instead of pictures, photoshop says 'no items match your search. And that happens no matter what folder I bring up. When I click on pictures, it says no items match your search

Thank you Unmesh. You've just saved me a lot of time. I wasn't sure how to do it because all the images are different shapes and sizes

Is there an option to set a condition? for example, resize all photos to 70 cm width, if the resolution is 200 plus?

Yeah.
that's NOT RESIZE IMAGES.
It's reduce file size.
Losing our time because of your wrong titles.
