13900K vs 7950X vs 12900K vs 5950X: 20+ Benchmarks!

I was running some single threaded runs with my 5950x on C23, and occasionally a less optimal fore will be chosen. A core from CCD1 that wouldnt even do over 4.6ghz. Restarted C23 and tried again, and it hit the optimal core on CCD0 running at 4.9ghz. Checked using Hwinfo.
Windows 11 is borking light thread performance at random for 2 ccd ryzen processors.... again.

Looks about what I expected. Back and forth. I suspect SAM with an all AMD setup will have an advantage since that seems to be the direction amd s going.

i got an rtx 4090 with r9 5950x and was thinking about upgrading to 13900k but i think now its not worth the money for some extra frames
