1. ISLC program. that causes too many crashes. delete it and you should be fine when you restart.
2. The file is probably damaged or corrupted. the changes you will make might get corrupted (not entirely sure though) go to steam and undo the launch options
3. IF ANY OF THOSE DONT HELP Get an SSD my advice its better than HDD.
4. The file probably got corrupted so it probably makes your game freeze to do this create a restore point before doing this
btw you can still do this but it is about 6 months ago not sure

yo just a quick tip this is complete garbage it makes everything ugly and laggy I went from being able to play rust at high/ultra settings to not being able to get a stable 60fps on low and dropping down to 30 fps on low / mid settings

Just an FYI if anyone is having stuttering issues in game and their GPU is jumping up and down from max to 14ish percent turn the Hardware Acceleration back on, in discord. Other than that Good vid

I now get grey screen every time I run a game nice tutorial dumbshit literally made sure everything was correct and it was had to revert back to normal settings and no FPS changed

I have a question. Will my cpu get damaged or used faster if i use cpu and put everything at 100%. Will my cpu last less longer and my computer will start getting slow?

didnt bother with half the steps here but the ultimate power and some in game adjustments got the game running pretty smooth at 80 to 200 fps
