I'm assuming this setup will also work in Zoom. This really isn't that hard. I might be able to teach my non-tech savvy presenters how to do it. Thanks for the tips. Is there a way to record the presenter and the content external from Zoom in a custom format? OBS, maybe? My presenters are all over the country with limited tech set-up (read: just their laptop) and I need to be able to record them in a more high-quality video than Zoom will allow.

Kevin,
Great video. Only problem is that it deactivated my camera on OBS which was set up with all my scenes and sources. When going to my settings in OBS it states -Video output is currently active. Please turn off any outputs to change video settings-. Cant seem to fix this. Any suggestions? Just cant get it to view on OBS only on webcamviewer. charles

If you already have OBS installed i would suggest creating multiple scenes and have a dedicated screen where you display your scene on. You can then share this screen on teams. Then there is no need for the other applications and you don't have any sidebars to worry about.

If you want to get rid of the Title bar of the OBS Windowed Projector window, you can use a small autohotkey script WinSet, Style, -0xC00000, A ; toggle title bar or WinSet, Style, -0xC00000, A ; remove title bar. Note if removed you can not move the window anymore.

Hi Kevin, thanks for all your videos! They are very helpful. I'm not sure if you have one for the Classroom Notebook in Teams. I would appreciate to watch some tips on how to use the features. Thanks again.

Kevin, this content is great! Can I do this with multiple people as I interview them for a presentation to give our audience? Any feedback is welcome and appreciated.

How to share screen in proper size between different resolutions screens so that Presenter & Viewer can both see clearly while still work efficiently? Thanks.
