You compared this to the PC Task Manager app. In task manager you can set an app to have higher processing priority. How does one do that with a mac. As someone who streams games, I would like the processor to focus on that streaming app above all else etc.

There is another problem with High Sierra. Activity monitoring doesnt allow you to quit a problem forcefully. I have tried to quite a problem bt it keeps re-emerging.
