Thanks. I realize this was done a while ag, but I hope you still read comments. Or perhaps another person may be so kind as to help? I get confused on doing multiple functions. Say adding 2 cells that are not adjoining and then subtracting another cell and then dividing that number by yet another cell which is an answer to another formula?

Hi Kevin, I am a school teacher and I keep records of my students marks and grades. I have two columns (marks and grades), If one of my students absent and in the marks column I put in -Absent- (for example) and I want in the Grades Column to also display -Absent-, how do I type the formula? Thank you in advance.

How would I do a column of percent complete. For example I have 4 columns with a value, I want to have a 5th column that auto populates after I remove a value from one of the first columns when something gets completed for example. Is that possible? Thanks.
