The way he explains Option 3 is completely useless. What he is typing is not what he is saying and he assumes that the viewer knows what he is talking about. So in the end you watch this video and likely the only thing you accomplished is wasting the time it took you to watch it. I always wonder why people think they should avoid explaining the details. If the viewer knew the details they likely would not need to watch the video in the first place. Onward I go searching.

In a recent power outage, my google file was corrupted (%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Google) and I cant open chrome. Im not sure if using any of these methods would cause harm to my computer somehow since it is a seemingly important file. Would it be safe to use any of these methods?

They are thieves, the support service does not work, the program is just a scam, do not buy it. They make you buy it just to take your money and they don't really solve your problems. Better buy MiniTool Power Data Recovery, they are more reliable. -

Easiest way to boot on safe mode is to
Open system configuration as admin go to boot section tick safe mode and apply and restart vice versa
