Hi. First off I'm a senior, you need to explain things to me like I'm a 3 year old because I can screw up anything technical in seconds--WHICH I just did yesterday. Yesterday I bought the Onn box from Walmart SINCE MY FIRESTICK no longer allows Developer Options. I somehow messed up install of ONN so bad that now I have a black screen. I tried everything to at least get the screen back but no luck. I want to totally reset it to factory settings/erase everything and start over again. However, how can i do that with a black screen If you can help me with an answer AND INCLUDE a short 'how to' video would be great. Thank you for your consideration.

A video on how to reset from the Android recovery screen would be more helpful. Anybody can reset using the menu, it's harder from Android recovery screen on the Onn box

Device is frozen on loading screen there use to be away to factory reset with remote button combo but I can't find the button combo
