I have followed yours instruktion but when I pasted IP adress and wrote the rest as instructed I got answer that computer can't find ping file with that name ( I suppose it means that ip number) Please can somebody tell me what I did wrong and can I still fix it. I have really problems with computers speed, I have one of the fastest broadband in the country and still I barely can watch Netflix without thouse iritating buffering sign. I have to little knowledge about IT to solve this by myself. Please advise me what to do or where I can find the right information and read how to solve my problem. Please don't write to me Google it !!! If I knew what problem is and what to look for I I would do it, but with IT problems even the smallest problem look like l have ended up in the jungle :) Thank you in advance for any answer.

Ok. So here is a hopefully intelligent response to this post. Step 1, Ping Forget Ping -t Useless. From ping: The ping command is a Command Prompt command used to test the ability of the source computer to reach a specified destination computer. ... The ping command operates by sending Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP) Echo Request messages to the destination computer and waiting for a response. Step 2, DNS server change This works, depending on where you are Step 3 Internet Download Manager This app does work, most of the time, depending on the file you want to download, the sending server's concurrent connections settings, and the speed of that server's connection. But this is a paid app, so be aware of that when downloading it.

Was downloading a 30mb software that said it would take 5hours to download, even though I have 50mb internet. It was downloading at 7-40kb per second, but after step 1 it was at a solid 3mb per second. Step 2 got it a bit higher, to 7mb per second. Not sure about step 3, downloaded too quickly. Still did it tho!

Download dropped from 2 hours to 9 minutes and yes it finished in 10 minutes so I'm pretty happy... What worked best for me is the download manager, just install that ok ? Also, try do everything correct or else it won't work!

I don't know why this video is in my recommended... But after the first tip I knew it had to be a joke... Seriously, ping command in run instead of cmd... Also -t makes that an infinite amount of times

internet download manager worked make sure when you start the download adjust the speed limiter from 10kbs to 1000000kbs it will start to download with 4mbs or more thank you bro

3rd option worked went from 10 HOURS REMAINING to 8 HOURS REMAINING! I know this isn t a massive difference but still it s 2 hours and I only did one of the steps !

Thanks I m serious my download was going +6% per 12 hours with the download manger it only took 1 hr to fully download make sure to restart computer tho
