In the news this week: GN is hiring, AMD has official Ryzen 7000 news for Dragon Range & Phoenix CPUs, DDR5 speed records broken, and Enermax is facing AIO gunk problems again. pav: Watts per FPS (or similar). Could we please take this new unit into our metrics and use it ? Choose some parameters and then compare it. Why? As of rn I am paying 45 cents / kWh. Choosing between Hardware option A and B based on the running costs down the line is getting more and more important.

Awesome job Steve and team , I am a SME in the SAP platform in the mining industry in Australia , I also have a long interest as a enthusiast in the PC desktop market every thing from AMD K6 - 2 - 350 through to current builds AMD 5900X etc , currently I look after a fleet of over 300 + EQ and 450 people in the mining industry .. I wish you guys all the best.. as I would love to apply for he operations manager role but clearly this can not happen, as you stated being critical on the applicants CV's , as this is a crucial part to ensure GN achieves the future plans and deliverables for BAU. As always great work and a big thank you to you and the team for providing quality content in the enthusiast best interests in the PC environment . Love from AUS \m/

VRR doesn't work below 48Hz...
Yep...now just to hurt someone's brain... a game that is mostly locked to 30FPS with occasional dips below 30FPS would benefit greatly from properly implemented VRR. Mainly LFC (Low Frequency Compensation) but for this your monitor/TV's refresh RANGE needs to have a ratio exceeding (roughly) 2.4x. Such as 120Hz/48Hz = 2.5... so to get a 30FPS game running as smooth and latency-free as possible you'd need to enable 120Hz mode with VRR + LFC. (There are however other issues with VRR that don't make it a magic bullet and things can be WORSE with VRR enabled, but I think it's fair to say Sony's oddly late on this considering they make TV's.)

Man working for GN would be great. It s a shame myself and my mates are in Australia :( but it is what it is haha. Good luck on the hiring process; it s awesome to see you guys expanding and it s great to see its in an intelligently controlled capacity. It s very easy to grow too big when you guys are as popular as you are, which strips time away from you to overlook things personally Steve. So this is awesome and I m happy for you guys!

All this overclocking is useless to me. If you cannot run your pc and at least set a benchmark score it is utterly useless. What is the point of showing your ram on 10021 but it crashes when starting up the browser. i can have my intel 9900k show 5500 mhz on air. All fun but the second i start something it crashes making it useless. under any load it does barel;y 5.1 Ghz on air.

Can't stress enough, I absolutely love and have so much kudos to give to the ways you and your team have decided to work. It truly is a thing to behold for other business owners; to see somebody get it right over such a distance of time and amazing videos.
This is so damn cool Steve, really.

Cannot stand Limited Run. Some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with and a company built upon creating artificial scarcity. They're one of many things wrong in the console market that drove me to only buying PC games for the last few years.

Damn. Had the the hiring been back in February, then I would have jumped at the chance because I ve been a fan since 2012. Unfortunately, I m happy where I am currently and despite my MBA I don t know if it ll be enough. Maybe to earn an interview?

Any news about that one company that streamed a giveaway and rerolled?
The one whose west coast CEO was. Not good? And East Coast had a good crew and people?
Generalized or anonymous good info would be a nice shootout.

OI! Don't diss on that there Hobbit game! It's actually a really fun classic! Compared to most modern titles we have these days, it's miles better despite being almost 20 years old! One of my favorite games of all time.
