From the first day of spring 2020 to the last day of winter 2021, I create a vegetable garden in the middle of a forest, build a root cellar, a screened in porch on my off grid log cabin and an off-grid workshop, and on the first day of spring 2021, I move out of my log cabin and start a new life creating a new wilderness homestead in a more remote location

Raising the stove so that one doesn't have to bend and strain creaky joints to get down to service it is a excellent idea, even higher perhaps.
