HOME WORKOUT TO EXERCISE YOUR ENTIRE BODY To help you get in shape, lose weight and build muscle, I show you an easy-to-follow home workout. You don--t need any special equipment. Just patience and determination. You can start some slight weightlifting with a sweeping brush or a mop to help your body get used to the movement. Then you can try donkey kicks to improve your stability and tone your glutes. The single-leg bridges help you isolate your glutes and the back of your upper leg. Another great one is the under knee claps -- help you get rid of belly fat and build your 6-pack. Some of the exercises you can do on a yoga mat in front of your TV, but other ones, you can do while cleaning. One is to spray some floor cleaning liquid on the floor, add a couple of cloths on there and start stepping on them while doing aerobics -- this way you can both clean and workout at the same time. I also show you a brilliant exercise you can do on the side of your bookshelves which helps you keep your posture straight.
